Terms and Conditions

The short version: you pay once, you get the whole course with reviews from a live teacher, the access does not expire, and the setups you build are yours. Below is the same thing in full.

01Who we are and what this is

These Terms govern the use of the Prompta aut perire website and online course (the “Course”). The Course is provided by Prompta Ltd, Rm B, 9/F, 29 Hing Wo St, Aberdeen, Hong Kong Island (“we”, “us”). By using the website, sending an application or paying for the Course you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Course.

02The Course

• Six parts of lessons, from the basics to agents, delivered on our own learning platform.
• Tasks you complete on your own real work. A live teacher reviews each submitted task and gives feedback.
• The next part opens only after the previous one is handed in.
• No coding is required. You need a device with internet access and your own accounts with the AI services used in the lessons (such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini). Those services are provided by third parties under their own terms and may be paid.

We may improve, update or reorder the materials. We will not remove the core of what was described on the page at the time of your purchase.

03Application and payment

You apply through the form on the website. We reply by email with payment details. The price is shown on the website in US dollars and is final at the moment you pay; your bank may add its own fees or conversion. The contract is concluded when we confirm your payment and give you access.

The discount shown on the website has no deadline. We do not use countdowns or invented limits.

04Access

Access is personal and does not expire: it lasts for as long as we operate the Course. If we ever stop operating it, we will give at least 60 days' notice so you can save your work. Do not share your login or pass the materials to others.

05Refunds

We do not offer guarantees or a separate refund promise — instead, the website shows in advance exactly what you get. Because the Course is digital content delivered immediately, by starting to use it you ask us to begin at once and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal where the law allows this. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country. If something is broken on our side and we cannot fix it, write to us at [email protected] and we will sort it out.

06Your work and your data

• The setups, prompts and results you create are yours. We do not claim ownership of them.
• You give us permission to view your submissions only to review them and help you. We will not publish them without your separate consent.
• You are responsible for what you submit. Do not upload confidential information, personal data of other people or company data you are not allowed to share. How to handle this is covered inside the Course.

07Our materials

Lessons, texts, videos, examples and the platform belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own learning and work. You may not copy, resell, publish or share them with people who have not bought the Course.

08No guarantees of results

We teach a method and review your work. We do not know your job and cannot promise any particular outcome — income, promotion or time saved. AI tools make mistakes; checking their output before using it remains your responsibility.

09Liability

We provide the Course with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for decisions you make based on AI output, or for the work of third-party AI services. Our total liability related to the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Ending access

We may suspend or end access if you seriously break these Terms — for example by sharing your account or reselling the materials. In other cases we will first write to you and give you a chance to fix the issue.

11Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes that affect students who have already paid will be sent by email.

12Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence. Questions — [email protected].
